Valentine's Day 2017 



Artichoke Bloom - A long stem artichoke bloomed out and topped with olive oil and Italian seasonings.

Bruschetta Canapés – Tomato, caper, bacon, onion, green olive Bruschetta atop seasoned croutons.

Stuffed Pomodori Tomatoes – Filled with fresh basil, brie and provolone cheese and baked. 


T-Bone Steak - Served with Burgundy mushrooms and loaded mashed potatoes.

Rustic Fried Chicken Cordon Bleu – Boneless chicken breast, stuffed with ham and swiss cheese, battered southern style, and fried to perfection; served with mashed potatoes and green beans with carrots.

Pepper Seared Ahi Tuna –An Ahi Tuna steak heavily peppered and seared to medium rare; thinly sliced and served over a bed of rice; served with asparagus and herbed red potatoes. 


Served with Hot Coffee or Hot Chocolate
